A Little About Myself.

My name is Lauren Flores, and I am a lover of technology, imaginative storytelling, and most of all, I am a passionate advocate for User Experiences (UX).

With over half a decade of progressive experience across a diverse set of research and operational segments, I have cultivated a unique and valuable set of skills through my time working in politics, academia, and the private sector. I have a track-record of being highly effective at facilitating research goals, leading product development, spearheading user experience development/support, and helming organizational management.

I have a strong inherent sense of drive and purpose, which has been especially useful while I pursue my MBA with a concentration in Data & Location Analytics. As a leader, I appraise every opportunity with equal vigor, as well as empower each individual under my purview to perform at their absolute best. I am effective because I believe that a strong leader is one who is not only able to appeal to their inner "take-action" spirit, but is also one who embraces the value and effectiveness brought forth by those he or she may lead.

In a time of great technological and creative inspiration, I firmly believe that it will be the leader who has the necessary affluent business-acumen, as well as the ability to intersect both science and creativity, that leads the charge into "Blue Ocean" territory.
